Our students follow a developmentally progressive movement curriculum that begins at 18 months of age, and continues through teenagers. It is important that our students are always learning, having fun and gaining more and more confidence and independence with each class. Gymnastics is the foundation of all sports. Physical fitness, as well as confidence, strength, coordination, balance, body rotation, jumping, hand-eye skills, and kinesthetic awareness are improved through gymnastics.
